This role is accountable for achieving departmental and hospital goals in collaboration with hospital and medical staff leadership.
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited nursing program (required)
- Current RN license in Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years as an RN in an acute care setting
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
Nice To Haves
- MSN, DNP, or BSN with a graduate degree in business or health-related field (preferred)
- May require ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC based on patient population
- National leadership certification (ANCC or AONL) within 2 years
