About The Position

At The Remedy Mental Health , we’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Nursing/Medical Assistant - TMS to join our Clinical Staff. This role combines advanced neuroscience with hands-on patient care, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You’ll Do As a Nursing/Medical Assistant - TMS, you’ll administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy—a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment for depression and other mental health conditions. You’ll also support clinical operations as a nurse aide, ensuring seamless care delivery and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally sensitive situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical or TMS-related role (1+ year preferred)
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain TMS equipment with a focus on safety and precision
• Assist providers with Mapping and ReMT sessions
• Collaborate with psychiatry staff to ensure accurate treatment planning
• Manage patient documentation and clinic inventory
• Support administrative and clinical staff as needed
• Provide rooming and clinical assistant support during downtime
• Uphold company policies and regulatory standards
