Reporting to the System Director of Nursing Operations, the Nursing Materials & Logistics System is highly organized and serves as a pivotal liaison between Supply Chain and Nursing Operations, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic alignment across all inpatient care environments. This role provides comprehensive oversight of clinical equipment management and actively partners with clinical leaders and subject matter experts to coordinate the tracking and lifecycle management of supplies and replacement equipment, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and transparency across stakeholders regarding product updates, availability, and changes. Through this collaborative approach, the role helps maintain operational readiness and alignment across inpatient nursing services. The Nursing Materials & Logistics System proactively ensures that nursing operations are equipped with the right tools and technologies to support safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery. In addition to supply chain integration, the Nursing Materials & Logistics System orchestrates supportive functions for the Patient Care Services Department, fostering collaboration with key departments such as Facilities, Central Sterile Distribution (CSD), and Biomedical Engineering.
