About The Position

The Nursing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within healthcare facilities across the United States. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate complex nursing operations.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration.
• Certification in Nursing Management or Leadership (e.g., Nurse Executive Certification).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.
• Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Familiarity with budget management and resource planning in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff performance to ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, manage resource allocation, and oversee budgetary considerations for the nursing department.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety guidelines.
• Address patient and staff concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive care environment.
• Analyze patient care data and nursing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
