About The Position

HSHS St Vincent Hospital is seeking a Manager to join our Neonatal ICU (NICU) Team. Our ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of NICU RN experience and 1 year leadership experience as well. We have a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement and best practice. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • 3 years staff nurse (RN) is required.
  • Licensed in state of practice (RN) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

  • Demonstrated progressive responsibility is preferred.
  • May consider a candidate who is currently enrolled and a bachelor’s of nursing (BSN) is obtained within 2 years of hire.
