About The Position

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is seeking a Manager to join their Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and Cardiovascular Care Unit (CVICU) Teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of critical care experience and 1-2 years progressive nursing leadership experience, with a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement and best practice. HSHS is a multi-institutional health care system serving communities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, with 13 hospitals and numerous community-based health centers and clinics. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required (may consider a candidate currently enrolled if BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire)
  • 3 years staff nurse (RN) experience is required
  • 3-5 years of critical care experience
  • 1-2 years progressive nursing leadership experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice (Wisconsin: valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules is acceptable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
