About The Position

Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Physical Therapy Services Tech in Albuquerque, NM. Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital, with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• CPR.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a certified physical therapy technician program or comparable experience.
• One (1) year experience in hospital, rehabilitation, or outpatient setting as a therapy technician.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in conducting medically prescribed therapy treatments to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Provides non-clinical support services to the therapist to include but not limited to maintaining patient treatment areas and basic clerical support.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
