Requirements

Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required
Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience in endoscopy unit required
Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
Maintains currentACLS certifications
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care.
As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing, and education program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
