About The Position

Deliver compassionate bedside care by assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring they feel supported, dignified, and comfortable throughout their stay.
Monitor and communicate vital patient trends to your preceptor, serving as an essential "second set of eyes" to ensure clinical changes are addressed in real-time.
Document the patient care journey with precision to maintain high-quality records that the entire multidisciplinary team relies on for treatment decisions.
Collaborate on the development of care plans by sharing first-hand observations and test results that help tailor the recovery path for every patient.
Facilitate seamless patient transitions by preparing and transporting individuals for diagnostics, ensuring their safety and comfort during every step of their hospital experience.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
