About The Position
Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through: Preparing course plans and materials Delivering courses Curriculum Development Monitoring progress/attendance Advising students Recording grades and submitting reports Full time nursing faculty lead lecture, lab, and clinical for pre-licensure ASN and BSN courses Meeting the credentialing requirements compliant with state licensing agencies and regulatory boards Participating in program, institution and community activities Supporting the Program Director with programmatic accreditation
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted State of Florida RN License
- Full time nursing practice, minimum 2 years
Nice To Haves
- Doctorate Degree in Nursing is preferred
- Full time teaching experience, minimum 2 years preferred
- Experience with learning outcomes assessments preferred
