About The Position
The Nursing Department of Green River College (GRC) seeks candidates for a tenure-track position who are passionate about teaching, learning, and student success, and who are committed to the service and equity mission of community colleges. As an open-access institution, Green River is deeply dedicated to helping students from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds to achieve their educational goals. We seek candidates with the same dedication to our mission. This position will primarily support our associate and bachelor level programs, with the option to support other department offerings as needed. This is a full-time position and reports to the Associate Dean of Nursing. Though the Full-Time Faculty contract is nine-months, our nursing programs run year-round, so we also plan to offer the person selected for this position work in the nursing programs during the summer.
