This role requires an active South Carolina Bar license and hands-on trial experience specifically handling Nursing Home neglect and/or Medical Malpractice cases. Requirements

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically handling Nursing Home neglect and Medical Malpractice cases.
• Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own caseload in personal injury litigation from filing through verdict.
• Draft and argue motions, handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Serve as the client’s voice in court with confidence and clarity.
• Work alongside dedicated paralegals and litigation support staff who help prepare every case for success.
