About The Position
Good Shepherd Services, LTD, is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator for our Seymour, Wisconsin campus. The candidate will lead our skilled nursing facility to fulfill our mission statement of "serving those entrusted to us with dignity, respect, compassion, in a safe and cheerful environment. Our goal is to provide extraordinary care, while creating moments of joy and a sense of belonging." The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible to act as the Administrator for our CMS five star 50 bed skilled nursing facility. The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for administering, directing, operating and coordinating all activities of the skilled nursing facility to meet current regulations. The Nursing Home Administrator provides leadership with a focus on quality outcomes for the individuals and staff served by the facility supervised. The position plans, directs and supervises personnel and systems designed to assure quality of all services provided.
