About The Position
MediLodge of Farmington is seeking a dedicated and innovative Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to manage the day-to-day operations of our facility. As the NHA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the nursing home while maintaining compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in providing the highest quality of care to our residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment for both staff and patients. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the planning process to develop goals focused on quality care, employee retention, and financial performance. You will direct the hiring and training of personnel, ensuring that all employees receive proper orientation and ongoing training to meet the organization's quality goals. Additionally, you will prepare annual budgets for approval by regional management and guide the activities of clinical, administrative, and service departments. Your role will also involve implementing control systems to ensure accountability across all departments and representing the facility at community meetings to promote our programs through various media channels. Monitoring performance to achieve established goals and making necessary corrective actions will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with census development and marketing, serving as the facility's Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator, and chairing the Performance Improvement Committee.
