A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking a forward-thinking Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional care for residents. Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience as an NHA managing a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to balancing operational excellence with compassionate, resident-focused care

Nice To Haves

  • Background in high-volume admissions environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and direct the facility's day-to-day operations
  • Ensure quality care standards are consistently met across clinical and support services
  • Oversee financial performance, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and outside partners
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Lead and support staff in fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
  • Represent the facility with government agencies, third-party payers, and the local community
