About The Position

The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) is responsible for the overall facility management, care delivery, profitability, day-to-day operations, and facility direction in all aspects. This role is accountable for resident/patient care, ensuring compliance with state and federal surveys, fostering positive employee relations, developing census, managing accounts receivable and collections, maximizing net operating income, implementing all WellBridge programs, and ensuring that all constituents have an EPIC experience with the health facility. When breakdowns occur, the administrator works immediately to remedy the situation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or other health care related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of management experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Current Michigan NHA License
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and laws pertaining to the long-term care industry
• Strong leadership skills
