About The Position

Requirements

• Prefer one year successful SNF Administrator experience.
• Very detail-oriented, especially with financial matters.
• Current State NHA license in good standing.
• Sincere concern for both employees and residents.
• Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees and a comfortable living space for residents.
• Coordinate and provide leadership to clinical, managerial, and custodial teams to ensure effective collaboration.
• Hire and fire staff at all levels within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work with clinical staff to follow residents' individual care plans.
• Provide regular safety and compliance training for staff.
• Create and maintain a budget to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Act as the face of the organization to the governing board, public, and residents' families, serving as a liaison between staff, residents, and families.
