About The Position

The Lee University School of Nursing offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and invites applications for part-time Nursing faculty members. Candidates with a MSN will be considered. Teaching experience is preferred. Men and minorities are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• MSN degree
• Demonstrated teaching ability
• Possession of or eligibility for an unencumbered Tennessee Nursing License
• Physical ability to perform all duties required of an instructor in various clinical settings

• Educational preparation and teaching/practice experiences in clinical and lab settings in Pediatrics
• Educational preparation and teaching/practice experiences in clinical and lab settings in Critical Care
• Educational preparation and teaching/practice experiences in clinical and lab settings in Maternal/Newborn
• Educational preparation and teaching/practice experiences in clinical and lab settings in Medical/Surgical

Responsibilities

• Teaching courses in nursing (laboratory and/or clinical)
• Working cooperatively with faculty and staff within the School of Nursing
