About The Position
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) with a BSN or MSN to join our Practical Nursing program as Nursing Educators / Nursing Instructors. No prior teaching experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this rewarding role. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging nursing education in classroom and clinical settings. Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at clinical sites. Teach nursing techniques, ensuring students gain skill proficiency. Assess student learning outcomes and maintain accurate records. Prepare future nurses for an exciting and meaningful career!
Requirements
- BSN or MSN degree.
- Active RN license in Connecticut.
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
- Background in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, or similar areas.
- Comfortable using technology.
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience is a plus.
