Requirements

  • Demonstrated teaching skills and experience in educational programming.

Nice To Haves

  • Hematology/oncology experience is highly preferred.
  • Education focus in Master's in Nursing program preferred.
  • Certification in nursing professional development is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) competency is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Support education related to CAR-T, TIL, and other new therapies in Cellular Molecular Biology.
  • Collaborate with patient education initiatives.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for nursing staff.
  • Facilitate learning and act as a change agent within the nursing department.
  • Mentor and lead nursing staff in professional development and practice transitions.
  • Champion scientific inquiry and advocate for nursing professional development.
