About The Position
The Administrative Director Emergency Services shall direct, supervise and over-see operations of the main campus Emergency Department, the Off Campus Emergency Department, and Emergency Management. Maintains a Liaison relationship to all clinical/nursing directors. Patient satisfaction and rotates through AOC.
Requirements
- Current Valid Florida RN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of all aspects and details of patient care services; this includes TJC standards, Provisions of the FL Nurse Practice Act, Infection Control and Quality Improvement Practices.
- 2-3 Years Previous Senior Level Management Experience in an Acute Care Facility
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
