As Clinical Faculty, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of nurses, ensuring they receive a comprehensive education and are well-prepared for their professional careers. In this role, you will work closely with nursing students in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program and will be assigned to teach didactic and experiential (clinical) courses in acute care and may provide instruction in simulated care environments. Depending on expertise, qualifications, and program needs, it is also possible to be assigned to teach in undergraduate or PhD programs. This is a C-basis (9-month) position. This position requires most work to be performed in-person, onsite, or at a designated campus or clinical work location. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years. Official transcripts will be required upon hire.
