About The Position

Inver Hills Community College seeks an adjunct Nursing Clinical AD Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student centered learning community. Salary Range: If teaching less than 5 credits (Adjunct): Per credit rate of $775 - $1650. If teaching 5 or more credits total (Temporary, PT): $43,067 - $43,067 Annually (Based upon 1.0 FTE of 30 credits per years. Pay will be prorated, based upon credit load). Salary placement is determined on the basis of education and experience and in accordance with the 2024 - 2025 MSCF Contract, and conducted by the Minnesota State System Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in nursing
  • Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as a registered nurse.
  • One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
  • Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Compliance with clinical affiliate policies for attending on-site clinical teaching assignments.
