We are currently seeking a Nursing Care Coordinator (Manager) for our Closter Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) located in Closter, NJ. This position follows a Monday through Friday day-shift schedule and includes required on-call responsibilities. The Nursing Care Coordinator (Manager) is responsible for supervising and scheduling the nursing staff while coordinating and case managing the healthcare needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires active participation as a key member of the interdisciplinary team and ongoing involvement in agency committees, including Aging and Infection Control.

Requirements

Active RN license
Three to five years of nursing experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in documentation

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

Supervising and scheduling the nursing staff
