Nursing Attendant - Antepartum- Part time - Nights Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care. This position is night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:15 am, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend, holidays, at New York Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) program and have completed at least one clinical rotation or will have previous certified nurses aide or nursing attendant experience, plus certification through an approved, accredited certified nurses aide training program.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Current BLS Training from American Heart Association required.
