About The Position
Provides basic nursing care to patients, and assists in complex nursing care. All duties performed are done so in a training situation in which employees are learning the techniques of patient care that are in the basic duties and responsibilities of the Nursing Assistant classification. Works under the direction of a Nurse Manager or registered professional nurse or designee who reviews the work for conformance to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Participates in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Complies with all appropriate safety and infection control standards.
- Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior.
