SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital A Joint Venture between Select Medical and SSM Health Position: Nursing Assistant Location: Richmond Heights, MO Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night 12 hour shifts, 6:45-7:15, every 3rd weekendCompensation: $18-$22.83 based on years of experience +$1.50 night shift differential Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Walk-In Interview Days: Wed Feb. 4th 10am-1pm & Thur. Requirements
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
- Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hospital experience, certification as a nursing assistant preferred (maybe required based on some state requirements)
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams and assist patients in their rehabilitation process
- Obtaining vital signs
- Help the patient with daily activities
- Promptly answering call lights
- Reporting any issues or progress observed
- Reinforcing rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team
- Encourage and support patients through the recovery process and gently guide them to reach their goals
