You’ll get to know each one as you: Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed Work with our team to support those with challenging needs Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments Be a friend to our residents Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with: A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care Time spent working as a caregiver or similar Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
