Concordia of Monroeville is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents and facilitating clinical leadership and mentorship with the residents and staff. We are seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant (NA) 10pm-6:30am (Every Other Weekend). Competitive Nursing Assistant wages (we pay more for experience!) Earn Up To $22.55/hr Eligible employees can earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit! Entry level friendly - paid on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Direct Care Certification
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
- Documenting the care that was provided
- Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
- Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
