• Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program is preferred.
• If not certified, then at least 1 year experience in the field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated
• Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment
• Personal hygiene
• Routine vital signs
• Routine care
• Routine procedures based on scope of practice outlined in skills checklist
• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice
