About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent as required by state regulations.
- Basic proficiency in computer use for documentation purposes.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure accurately and timely.
- Provide wound care under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring proper cleaning and dressing changes.
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the care environment.
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
- Support patients in assisted living settings by promoting independence and providing compassionate care.
- Utilize basic computer skills to document patient information and communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance to ensure consistent patient care and team collaboration.
