About The Position

We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! As a Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Ridgewood. Responsibilities of the Nursing Assistant include but not limited to assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning and documenting the care that was provided to each individual resident. Nursing Assistants will also include completing over the counter treatments as instructed and answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less. Entry level friendly - paid on the job training. $19.00/hour up to $20.50/hr and $1.50 shift differentials offered for afternoon/midnight shifts and weekend shifts worked for all shifts are $1.50 differential. Full time, part time and casual positions are available and will include some weekend shifts. Eligible employees who work at least 28 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary. Speak to HR rep for more details. Why work for us?
