About The Position
Do you enjoy caring for others and want a job that has meaning and purpose? Caring for others can be very rewarding. If so, join our AHS team as a Certified Nursing Assistant! NAR wage ranges from $23-$25 per hour depending on experience. Also an additional 75 cents per hour shift differential from 2-9:59 pm. Shift differential increases to $2 per hour from 10pm-6am. 10 years experience credit granted for relevant experience! We believe that the care we provide to residents, should be as superior as the care we would expect for our own loved ones! We do this by hiring staff that uphold our mission, Expressing Christ’s love by providing care that values every human life.
Requirements
- Current active NAR certification in Minnesota.
- Strong communication skills.
- Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
