Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents with compassion and respect.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Accurately document care and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Build relationships with residents and their families through excellent communication.
- Work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
