Nursing Assistant Training Program Nightshift
About The Position
Seeking Candidates for our Nursing Assistant Training Program!! Baptist Health Floyd Full or Part-Time, Nights About the Training Program: We are seeking individuals interested in beginning a career in healthcare with no prior nursing assistant experience. Selected candidates will be enrolled in our internal Nursing Assistant Training Program, a comprehensive four-week paid training. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a full or part-time Nursing Assistant role within one of our inpatient units. The four-weeks of training are on dayshift, but participants will need to be able to work on nightshift once assigned to a unit.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required, will train.
- High school diploma/equivalent preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Nursing Assistants who under general supervision and according to established procedures function as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks.
