About The Position

The CNA-In-Training position is designed for individuals participating in a training program to earn their Certified Nursing Assistant license. This role involves both classroom and clinical training, providing hands-on experience in the healthcare field while learning essential skills to assist patients effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend classes as scheduled and maintain minimum passing grades on all assignments and exams.
• Demonstrate skills learned in the classroom during hands-on training, including changing bed linens, assisting patients with meals, and attending to patient hygiene needs.
• Accurately complete all required documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Gain hands-on experience working in the healthcare field.
