About The Position

We want to welcome you to be considered to join our Team of dedicated and supportive nurses and CNAs and have the chance to serve alongside them, as you start your career in Skilled Nursing here at Willow Valley Communities. Know that you will be building a strong foundation as you start your CNA career in a positive and resourceful environment, with a high standard of care. Dependability is key to a career in Nursing, which is why our 15-day course requires perfect attendance. Our class runs Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, for those 15 days. General Orientation will be 8/6/2025 from 8am-4:45pm, with the Nursing Assistant Training running from 11/17/2025-12/09/2025 7am-3:30pm for those 15 days, M-F. Upon graduation, you will join the Willow Valley Communities Team and start training on the nursing unit you were hired for until you sit for your State Certification Exam. Once you pass this exam, you will officially be a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff here at Willow Valley Communities.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work Full-Time or Part-Time (at least 24 hours per week).
• Must attend the 15-day training course with perfect attendance.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 15-day Nursing Assistant Training course with perfect attendance.
• Participate in General Orientation and subsequent training sessions.
• Train on the nursing unit assigned after graduation.
