About The Position

Nursing Assistant Training Program for all locations in Mobile and Baldwin County
Selected individuals will receive a 4 week nursing assistant education and training program
2 weeks of classroom instruction (Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30pm) and hands on skills practice and
2 weeks of bedside/patient care skills building (12 hour shifts)
All program graduates will sign a 12 month work commitment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• If competency is achieved (attainment of competency test score required by department management) and upon successful completion of departmental orientation, the employee will be promoted to Nursing Assistant
• If competency is not achieved, employee must be moved out of this position or terminated in accordance with IH policy and procedures
