Overview We want to welcome you, to be considered to join our Team of dedicated and supportive nurses and CNAs and have the chance to serve alongside them, as you start your career in Skilled Nursing here at Willow Valley Communities. Know that you will be building a strong foundation as you start your CNA career in a positive and resourceful environment, with a high standard of care. Dependability is key to a career in Nursing, which is why our course requires perfect attendance. General Orientation Day will be 03/03/2026 (9:00am-12:00pm) and 03/04/2026 (8:00am-4:45pm) with the Nursing Assistant Training running from 03/05/2026-03/26/2026, 7:00am-3:30pm for those days, Monday-Friday. Upon graduation, you will join the Willow Valley Communities Team and start training on the nursing unit you were hired for until you sit for your State Certification Exam. Once you pass this exam, you will officially be a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff here at Willow Valley Communities. Each candidate being considered for the class, must be willing to work Full-Time or Part-Time (at least 24 hours per week). We do not accept POOL or PRN candidates for the class.
