About The Position

Nursing Assistant Full Time, First Shift 0700-1930. Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program is preferred
• At least 1 year experience in the field is preferred if not certified

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene
• Routine vital signs
• Routine care
• Routine procedures based on scope of practice outlined in skills checklist
• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice
