What You’ll Do: Provide Hands-On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, all while fostering independence with a 4:1 staffing ratio! Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals. Mentor & Guide: Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations. Assist with staff scheduling, maintain consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and support team members. Household Management: Coordinate a variety of services including individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care/nutrition and household management.
