You will support residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and meals while building meaningful relationships and promoting dignity and comfort. This role offers a strong foundation with opportunities to advance into a Trained Medical Assistant position. Starting wage is $21.66-25.77 based on experience, with additional shift differentials of $2/hour for evenings and $3/hour for overnights. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for non-certified applicants, paid over one year, along with full coverage of certification costs.
