Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent training.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide comfort and support to patients to enhance their well-being.
• Perform delegated tasks of direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
