Resident Assistant aka Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Spring Arbor Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dependable CNA or PCA professionals to join our amazing care team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we’d love to meet you! Available Shifts: Full Time 1st Shift- 7am-3pm Part Time 3rd shift- 11pm -7am

Requirements

CNA certification or PCA certification (or willing to obtain)
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
Support residents during meals and activities
Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure residents' comfort and safety
Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed
