We also offer a shift incentive of $1.25 for 2nd shift and an extra $0.75 for weekend shifts. You'll assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity. Your tasks will include cleaning and disinfecting medical and personal equipment, documenting care activities, and reporting any changes in residents' conditions. You'll collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless care! Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of related experience
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to use common patient care equipment
• Professional appearance and a caring attitude
• Respectful of the religious beliefs of the congregation
• Verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• CNA training and experience working with geriatric populations and psychosocial behavioral issues are preferred!
