Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Current certification validated from the State of Louisiana Board of Examiners or must be currently enrolled in an NLN accredited RN program, in good standing and completed the first hospital-based clinical rotation.
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet weekend and holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing staff in performing routine patient care for a group of patients for a designated period of time.
