About The Position

Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day/Evening shift, Monday through Friday and alternating weekends. You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford IL. Requirements

  • Graduate from an approved training program and competency through the Illinois Department of Public Health.
  • CPR certification required and recertification every two years.
  • Valid State driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
  • Initial Certification for CNA.
