About The Position

Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day/Evening shift, Monday through Friday and alternating weekends. You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford IL. Requirements

Graduate from an approved training program and competency through the Illinois Department of Public Health.
CPR certification required and recertification every two years.
Valid State driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
Initial Certification for CNA.
