Waverly Gardens is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Non-Certified Nursing Assistants (HHA / RA) to join the team in Assisted Living. Currently hiring for: Part-Time AM (6a-2p) {30-37.5 hours per payperiod}, Full-Time and Part-Time PM (2p-10p) {30-60 hours per payperiod}, Part-Time Overnight (10p-6a) {45 hours per payperiod}. Sheltered by ten acres of lush parkland, Waverly Gardens architecture reflects an aura of Old World Charm that has been revitalized and paired with today's most luxurious amenities. The community is located 15 miles north of St. Paul, just off I-35E, with nearby lakes, trails and parks. This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Enhanced Assisted Living, and Care Center/Long Term Care.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
• Critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Provision of high quality personal care and services to residents
• Support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents
• Maintain consistency with regulations and established best practices
