Flagstone is seeking Part-Time Nursing Assistants (Home Health Aide / CNA / Caregiver / Resident Assistant) to join our team. Current openings include: 10:00pm-6:00am- 4 days a week. Fri/Sat/Sun every other weekend.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice.
• Critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provision of high quality personal care and services to residents.
• Support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents.
• Maintain consistency with regulations and established best practices.
