About The Position
This Nursing Assistant position in the Float Pool unit is located at the Lebanon, PA VAMC. The Float Pool NA is responsible for the evidence-based care of a group of patients, assisting the RN, licensed practical nurse (LPN), and other members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) with providing input in the development of care plans based on the Veterans' care needs. The position requires performing nursing care, monitoring patients, and maintaining safety in various medical settings.
